The spare room, the hallway, the boxes in the corner of the lounge. We sort it with you on the spot, load what's going and leave the floor clear. Ideal if you've been meaning to do it for two years and keep running out of weekend.
Couches, modular lounges, wardrobes, bed frames, desks, dining tables and bookshelves. We carry it out of the room it's in — up or down stairs if needed — so you're not dragging a three-seater to the kerb on your own.
Single through to king, plus ensemble bases. Mattresses can't go in a standard skip and cost extra at the tip, so we send them to a mattress recycler wherever one will take them. Priced per mattress and told to you up front.
Fridges, freezers, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and air conditioners. Metal goes to a scrap facility rather than landfill. Please have appliances disconnected before we arrive — we're not licensed to cut plumbing or wiring.
The classic Canberra garage: paint tins, offcuts, broken tools, camping gear, kids' bikes and a decade of "might need it one day". We work through it with you, load the go pile, and give you the space back.
Branches, hedge cuttings, prunings, leaf litter, old turf and bagged soil. This is where we came from — our landscaping side does this every week, so a full green waste load is routine rather than a problem.
A whole-house clearance handled without rush and without pressure. We work to your timeline, set aside anything you want kept or checked before it goes, and can work with executors, family or agents directly.
Empty the property before the final inspection or the first open home. Tenants leaving furniture behind, a garage full of nothing, a yard that needs to photograph well — booked to your inspection date.
Desks, chairs, filing cabinets, partitions, shop fittings and general site rubbish. Quoted per load or as a fixed job price, and we can work outside trading hours where a site needs it. Insurance certificate available for building managers.
Timber offcuts, old kitchen cabinetry, torn-up carpet and underlay, broken tiles, plasterboard and general builders' waste. Cheaper than a skip for small to medium jobs, and there's no bin sitting on your verge for a fortnight.
There are a few things the law and the tip won't let us load. If you're not sure which pile your item falls into, send us a photo and we'll tell you straight away.
Most of these can go to an ACT Government drop-off or a licensed disposal service — tell us what you've got and we'll point you at the right one.

We hold public liability insurance and it applies to every job we take — houses, units, rentals, commercial sites and body corporate common areas. If your building manager or agent needs a certificate of currency before we come on site, just ask and we'll send it through.
